Hello, my name is JP.
Welcome to my website!

Whether our paths cross briefly here, or whether you decide that you would like us to work together, I hope that you find something that serves you in these pages.

The first step along the therapeutic journey is often the most difficult one, and I recognise the courage that has brought you to this point. You have connected to your sense of agency and will, crucial elements that facilitate change and growth.

I am a qualified integrative therapist and counsellor, based in Battersea, South-West London. I offer a warm and compassionate space where you can explore whatever’s troubling you.

Please feel free to read a little bit more about me and the way that I work, and then get in touch if you would like to explore the idea of us working together.

I can help with:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Stress & Burnout

  • Grief & Loss

  • Relationships

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Abuse

  • Self-esteem & Self-worth

  • Gender & Sexuality

  • ADHD & Autism

  • Crisis & Identity

  • Major life transitions

  • Life purpose

  • Integration of spiritual experiences

  • Career changes

  • Personal growth

I am originally from London and have lived here all my life. My interest in the human condition and the stories that shape us started about 15 years ago, and I have found a deep and humbling sense of fufillment from sitting with and supporting others on their journey.

I also work as a pianist, and I’m passionate about using the music that I play to share the soulful and existential aspects of the human experience with others.

I hold a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from The Psychosynthesis Trust, London, and I am a fully qualified and insured member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My training has given me a broad understanding of a range of psychological maps and models, yet I believe that life is a constant process of learning and discovery, and I bring this sense of gentle curiosity to my work. I also work as a Trainer at the Psychosynthesis Trust.

As part of my training, I have had my own therapy. Insodoing, I have developed a deep understanding of my personal psyche. This enables me to fully empathise with and relate to you in our work together, and also makes me a passionate advocate for the benefits of counselling.
